Race for Life

The club recently took part in a Pretty Muddy Race for Life event for Cancer Research 

It was a fantastic day our and we also managed to raise over £800 for this amazing cause.

Competition Squad

We have a monthly competition training class for developing those who are interested in the competitive side of martial arts and we have also had a lot of success in this area.

 

Club Grading

On Sunday 5th July we held club gradings. Congratulations to all who were successful. The standard was excellent throughout.
